Posting Process for Boards and Public Meetings
The following procedures have been established for the posting of Wakefield's board, committee, commission, and other public meetings.
- Meeting times, locations, and agendas must be delivered to the Town Clerk's office either physically or via e-mail to postings@wakefield.ma.us three business days before the meeting (Monday through Friday, omitting holidays)
- The Town Clerk's office will print and timestamp each submission
- The Town Clerk's office will maintain a printed copy of each submission in a booklet in the Town Clerk's office and post to:
- the public-meetings calendar on the Town's website
- the public bulletin board in the lobby of Town Hall
